Terms & Conditions

• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• Player 2 Pro Academy or any of our staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• Player 2 Pro Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing - player2proacademy@gmail.com
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• There is a minimum cancellation period of 72 hours on weekly session. Any cancellations within 72 hours will not be refunded
• For camps, a refund cannot be processed unless your space has been backfilled by someone else
• If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Player 2 Pro Academy will offer a make-up session, or parents/players will be refunded.
